Philadelphia Contemporary does not systematically collect or record personally identifiable information from visitors to its site, unless such data is voluntarily provided by visitors for the purpose of contacting you or providing requested information such as a newsletter or information about events. Philadelphia Contemporary offers visitors the opportunity to subscribe to its newsletter mailing lists which will ask you to provide your name and e-mail address. Third-Party Services & Remarketing
Philadelphia Contemporary uses third-party companies and individuals for remarketing services to advertise on third-party web sites.  With remarketing, once you visit our web site, we can show you information about us or upcoming events while on the third party sites.  However, the remarketing services (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Vimeo) are provided by the each social media company individually. Philadelphia Contemporary appreciates receiving financial support for our mission and makes it possible for you to donate using a PayPal Donate button on our web site.  When you click on that button, you will be taken to PayPal’s internet web site and will be covered by PayPal’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.  You will be providing personal and card information to PayPal.  We will not receive your card information by your use of the PayPal Donate button.  We of course want to know who our generous supporters are so that we may thank them.

Business Transfers
If Philadelphia Contemporary becomes affiliated through merger or transfer of assets to any other entity or entities, then any information collected by us would be one of the assets transferred or acquired by a third party.  You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Philadelphia Contemporary may continue to use your personal information.
